In its consistent endeavors to support economic events seen in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bank Albilad shall participate in the Capital and Business Forum to be held in Riyadh during the period 09 – 12 June 2008 under the auspices of HE the Minister of Finance Dr. Ibrahim A. Al-Assaf. The forum shall be attended by a large number of economic and business dignitaries.

Commenting on the occasion, Bank Albilad ACEO Razi Fakih said: "Bank Albilad's participation in the Capital and Business Forum is a reflection of the Bank's appreciation of the importance of participating in socio-economic events organized in the Kingdom. The present Forum aims at highlighting a variety of important issues that have an impact on the financial, investment, and real estate sectors and, ultimately on the national economy. The Forum shall address obstacles that face such issues and suggest practical solutions to benefit from these sectors in favor of the country and the citizens. Supporting the convergence and dialogue channels among the public sector, the private sector and the citizen shall be another issue of concern".

Bank Albilad's contribution to this Forum shall be represented by organizing an exhibition to explain to the visitors the services and products offered by the Bank. Such contribution, however, adds another link to a series of the Bank's contributions to the economic activities. Recently, the Bank has participated in the Saudi European Conference 2008 organized by Euromoney Investment in Riyadh. It had also participated in the SME financing symposium organized in Riyadh by the Institute of Banking in cooperation with the International Financing Organization, and in the Second Conference for Saudi IPOs which aimed at supporting the economic development in the Kingdom and the Saudi Capital Market.
