His Eminence Sheikh Prof. Dr. Abdullah bin Mousa Al Ammar Chairman of the Committee – Independent
He is a former Professor of Fiqh at the College of Shariah, Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, and a part time consultant at the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance. He also previously served as Deputy Head of the Fiqh Department at the College of Shariah, Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.
His Eminence obtained his Master’s and PhD degrees from the Department of Fiqh at the College of Shariah, Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, in 1407 AH.
He has authored a number of publications, including:
- Drawing Lots and Its Areas of Application in Islamic Jurisprudence.
- Critical Edition of the Book “Tajreed Al Inayah”.
- Al Ihdad: Its Rulings and People’s Practice.
- The Life of His Eminence Sheikh Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Sheikh (co authored).
