How to Open an Account

  • Log in

  • Go to "Explore"

  • Select "Apply for Accounts”

  • Choose the account you want to open

  • Click "Apply Now"

  • Fill in the required information

How to Apply for a Card

  • Log in

  • Go to "Explore"

  • Select "Apply for Cards”

  • Choose the card you want to apply for

  • Click "Apply Now"

  • Fill in the required information

How to Apply for Finance

  • Log in

  • Go to "Explore"

  • Select "Apply for Finance”

  • Choose the finance product you want to apply for

  • Click "Apply Now"

  • Fill in the required information​

  •  Quick Transfer

How to use Account Finder Service thru channel? 

  • Log in to Albilad App.
  • Click on the "..." sign at the bottom right of the screen.
  • Click on “SARIE requests” option.
  • Select “Account Finder” 
  • Agree on the Terms and conditions. 
  • Click on Inquire/Fetch to send the request to local participating banks. 
  • Click on refresh in order to receive status responses from local participating banks.

What is Account Finder Service? 

A service launched by bankAlbilad with Saudi Payments to enable the customer to inquire about his Accounts in other local banks participating in the service.

How can I register in digital channels via Albilad App?

Select “Join Us” from the login page, then “Register for Digital Channels”.

What do I need to register for digital channels?

To register, you must have a current account and an active mada card. If you don't have a current account, open one now online without the need to visit the branch.​

What should I do if I forgot my username and password? 

You can retrieve your login information by selecting “Forgot Credentials” on the login page.

Can I view my accounts without logging in?

Yes, you can activate Quick Access, which allows you to view your account by entering the predefined 5-digit code.
What should I do if my account is blocked?​
Select “Forgot Credentials” on the login page to retrieve your personal information and unlock your account.​
