Terms and Conditions 

  • Customers must be at least 18 years old.
  • Customers must have a current account with Bank Albilad to apply for the financing . 

  • The offer is valid from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.

  • Offer valid from July 1 to September 30, 2026

  • The customer's age must not exceed 60 years at the time of the last monthly installment.​

  • Minimum salary:

  • With salary transfer: 3,000

  • Without salary transfer: 4,000​

  • Financing without salary transfer, subject to the following terms:

  • Officers: Down payment starting from 0%, with a balloon payment of up to 50%.

  • Corporal and above: Down payment starting from 5%, with a balloon payment of up to 40%.

  • Private & Private First Class: Down payment starting from 25%, with a balloon payment of up to 40%.

FAQs​

Is there any management fee?

Yes, a management fee of 0.50% of the financing amount will be applied, with a maximum cap of 2,500 (whichever is lower).

Management fees are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) ​
