Terms and Conditions 

  • Customers must be at least 18 years old.​

  • Customers must have a current account with Bank Albilad to apply for the financing​. 

  • The customer's age must not exceed 65 years at the time of the final installment, and 75 years for retirees.

FAQs

What documents are required for auto leasing?​

Customers are required to provide the following documents to apply for auto lease financing from Bank Albilad:

For Salary Transfer Customers:

  • Valid ID

  • Valid driving license
  • Approved price quotation from the dealer or sub-dealer showroom
  • Salary certificate​

For Non-Salary Transfer Customers:​

  • Open a current account with Bank Albilad

  • Valid ID

  • Valid driving license

  • Approved price quotation from the dealer or authorized showroom

  • Salary certificate

  • Bank statement for the last 3 months (stamped or with QR code)

    GOSI Employment Certificate (Salary Details)

  • National address

Is there any management fee? 

Yes, a management fee of 0.50% of the financing amount will be applied, with a maximum cap of​2,500 (whichever is lower). 

**Management fees are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT(​

What are the stages of obtaining auto lease financing?​

1. Vehicle Selection: 

Selecting the vehicle from one of the approved dealers or showrooms.

2. Initial Approval: 

Submitting the required documents to the Bank Albilad representative.

3. Final Approval: 

Completing the procedures, issuing the vehicle plates, and receiving the car.​

How the profit margin is calculated?

The profit is calculated through the reducing balance, so that the annual profit is distributed based on the financing amount in monthly installments and based on the value of the remaining balance of the principal amount​
