​Benefits of Real Estate Financing for Expatriates 

  •  Real estate financing is available for holders of valid residency permits and premium residency .

  • Real estate financing amount up to SAR 5 million.

  • Minimum financing amount is 100,000.

  • Financing tenure extends until the customer reaches 60 years of age at the time of the last installment.

  • ​Compliant with the Shariah Committee regulations of Bank Albilad.

  • Fixed profit margin throughout the financing period.

  • No down payment is required for the self-construction and property mortgage products.

  • Financing tenure up to 25 years for holders of valid residency permits and premium residency

Terms and Conditions of Real Estate Financing for Non-Saudis*


  •  Opening a current account with Bank Albilad is required.
  •  Approval from the Ministry of Interior is required for expatriate customers, except for holders of Premium Residency .
  •  The minimum salary requirement is SAR 20,000.
  • Residential property financing is available across all regions of the Kingdom, subject to applicable regulations and government requirements.
  • A 30% down payment is required for ready units purchased from the market or off plan- under constrictions  ​, except for self-construction and property mortgage, where no down payment is required.

List of Required Documents for Expatriates  Financing

  • Salary certificate.
  • Identification document (valid residency permit / Premium Residency).
  • Disclosure form.
  • Completed financing application form.
  • Property deed.
  • Building permit.
  • Survey report, if the property is an apartment.
  • Completed customer declaration and disclosure of personal obligations.
  • Completed “Expatriate Real Estate Financing Application” form.
  • Alary transfer letter to Bank Albilad (if salary transfer is applicable).​
