Bank Albilad offers financing for the purchase of a residential unit under construction, also known as “off-plan sales.” This product allows you to acquire your dream home during the development or construction phase from one of the off-plan projects approved by the bank and supervised by the General Real Estate Authority.​

Bank Albilad provides the advantage of fixing the installment amount at 400 SR during the construction period up to 36 months until the customer receives the property, which contributes to reducing the customer’s obligations

Terms and Conditions 

  • Open current account with Bank Albilad.
  • Customer must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Customer must be employed at an institution approved by the bank in the public or private sector or classified as self-employed (freelancer) in accordance with the bank’s approved guidelines.

  • Customer's salary should beBAB-Gray-SRS.png3,000 or more.

  • Customer must be a beneficiary of the Real Estate Development Fund or the Ministry of Housing.

  • Customer’s age must not exceed 75 years at the time of the final installment.

  • The property must be part of projects approved by the General Real Estate Authority.

  • Financing is available for holders of Premium Residency and Regular Residency permits


Terms and Conditions for Residents​ 

  • Non-Saudi resident clients are required to obtain approval from the Ministry of Interior, with the exception of holders of an indefinite-duration Premium Residency (Iqama).
  • Residential properties in all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are eligible for financing, subject to relevant governmental controls and legislation.​

​Government Support Programs:


  • Supported Financing (Monthly Support): 
A government program that helps individuals obtain housing by covering part of the financing profit. The support amount is transferred monthly to the customer, and the ministry bears the profit margin.

  • Supported Financing Program (Down Payment):
 A program by the Real Estate Development Fund that provides a non-refundable down payment ofBAB-Gray-SRS.png150,000 for customers with income less than SAR 10,000, andBAB-Gray-SRS.png100,000 for those with income above BAB-Gray-SRS.png10,000.

  • Additional Support Initiative for Ministry of Defense Personnel:
 A financing initiative by the Real Estate Development Fund that supports Ministry of Defense personnel with a BAB-Gray-SRS.png 160,000 down payment through a benevolent loan. Customers can receive this support in addition to choosing between monthly support or down payment support.

  • Salary transfer letter to Bank Albilad (if applicable)
  • Employment certificate including: monthly salary, employment start date, contract end date, and job title

Property Documents:

  • Price quotation form for the residential unit from one of the projects approved by Bank Albilad.
  • Copy of the Istisna’a contract signed between the developer and the customer​.
