This program is under the supervision of “Wafi” committee.

Bank Albilad provides the advantage of fixing the installment amount at 400 SR during the construction period up to 36 months until the customer receives the property, which contributes to reducing the customer’s obligations

Terms and Conditions 


  • Open current account with Bank Albilad.
  • Customer must be 18 years or older.
  • Customer must be an employee of a public or private sector approved by Bank Albilad.
  • Customer's salary should be 3,000 BAB-Gray-SRS.png or more.
  • Customer should be 70 years or younger when making the last payment.
  • Real estate must be from the approved projects by MOH "Wafi committee".
  • Available only to REDF and MOH customers.

  • Minimum age of 18 years old.

  • The net monthly income shall not be less than 3,000 BAB-Green-SRS.png.

  • Not to exceed 75 years old when paying the last monthly installments

  • The property to be within the approved plans and within the boundaries of the urban area

  • To be a beneficiary of the Real Estate Development Fund

  • A down payment is not required from the client if the amount paid to the real estate developer is more than 10% of the property value in the case of the first residence, or more than 30% of the property value in the case of the second residence (for the payment completion feature)

Is there any management fee?

The management fee is 1% of the financing amount with cap of SAR 5,000.

What is the feature of completing payments in off-plan finance? 

The feature of completing payments is a financing option that allows customers who have purchased a unit under construction from real estate developers with cash to obtain financing to cover the remaining payments due on the property, provided that the property is mortgaged to the bank upon transfer of ownership. 


Who are the eligible customers to benefit from the complete payments feature? 

Customers who have previously purchased a property under construction in cash and wish to cover the remaining payments on the property by obtaining financing from Al-Bilad Bank. 

 Does the financing cover the full value of the property? 

No, the financing only covers the value of the remaining payments to the real estate developer.

Is there any management fee?

The management fee is 1% of the financing amount with cap of BAB-Gray-SRS.png5,000.

Who is eligible for the campaign?

Customers eligible for REDF subsidy.

 Does the campaign include all real estate financing products?

The campaign only for the Off Plan product.
